One Mission is an international Christian relief and development organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.

One Mission exists to build Christ centered, self-sustaining communities through the development and discipleship of the local people.
Core Values
Spiritual & Physical Integration – We are committed to the development of the whole person and community, including compassion for the physical needs of people as well as evangelism and discipleship.
Sustainability - We concentrate our efforts on long-term, sustainable solutions that last beyond our presence. Communities that are owned by the people, demonstrated through volunteerism, and strengthened through training and discipleship. We respect the community as active participants, not passive recipients.
Strategic Leadership – We strive to train, equip and empower local leaders to make the impact in their own community.
Servant Leadership – The Leaders of One Mission are Christ followers, and each one a servant. Using Jesus as our example we seek to imitate him in humility, servanthood, compassion and love.
Stewardship - The resources available to us are a trust from God through our donors, therefore we demand of ourselves high standards of professional competence, financial accountability and an overall commitment to excellence.
